I broke my fast today with this coconut water, blueberry, mango smoothie. 😋
After adding in my vegan friendly protein, I was excited to try this blend.
Which do you prefer? Juices or smoothies?
I definitely prefer juices…but found it nice to switch it up.
I also added in some of my favorite supplements. That’s the great thing about smoothies. They are great for adding in supplements.
Rather than using water for this smoothie. I used coconut 🥥 water instead. We all know coconut water for its hydrating properties.
Being mindful about what you put into your body. Coconut water is without food coloring, artificial sweeteners or any other bs our body doesn’t need.
It’s low in calories so drink up! It has as much potassium as a banana in just 8 ounces. Is also is a great source of calcium which is imperative for strong bones and teeth.
Coconut water also contains the hormones in plants known for anti aging and cancer-fighting.
It was so delicious in today’s smoothie. 🤤 I know I will be making more yummy smoothies and using coconut water instead of water.
