More and more people are looking for natural ways to boost their family’s immunity.
Juicing is a great option. On this website, and in Juicy Journals (my cool way of saying a blog post), like this one. The purpose is to inspire you to choose healthier options.
I’ve experienced so many amazing benefits myself from juicing. I sleep better through out the night, my skin is glowing, I have more energy, and the list goes on and on. I love it so much we do it everyday!

The human body is truly remarkable. In this blog post, I want to share with you 3 powerful juice blends that will help you boost your immunity.
Fueling the body naturally begins with proper nutrition.
For example, I take supplements, herbs & vitamins daily. What makes my body absorb them better? A healthy diet. That’s why in each of my Natural Health Programs I add an additional product to help boost the results. When we are eating healthy, our body thanks us.
Certain foods are known (and some, not so known) to remove toxins from the body.
You may have known. brown rice is a natural source in Vitamin B, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and manganese. You may not have known it is also high in fibre. Which is crucial in colon cleansing. Being selenium-rich, it also helps to protects the liver which may improve complexion.
Fresh fruits are a go-to option for most people and are easily accessible.
When juiced, they unlock other benefits, apart from just eating them alone.
My family and I, do both. We love juicing, as well as eating huge salads and hummus and avocado rolls, and banana splits. 😋
If you want to detox naturally. The acid fruits like pineapples, oranges, grapefruits are all especially good for detoxing. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants they help improve digestion as well as your skin and hair.
Feel free to try juice blends of your own! These are some suggestions based on yummy blends my family and I have used for detoxing naturally. If you have any questions or have a juice blend recommendation of your own. Share it in the comments! I’m looking forward to trying them out.
